Transaction data: requests, quotes, orders, deliveries and invoice records.
Financial data: payment and balance movements, reconciliation records.
Transaction security: sign-in records, IP address, device and session information, audit logs.
Usage data: only if you have given explicit consent, page view and interaction (click, scroll) records on the public pages.
Purposes of processing
Running membership and company verification processes.
Operating the demand pool, quote collection and ordering processes.
Holding payments, releasing them after delivery confirmation, and reconciliation.
Meeting legal obligations and keeping invoice and document records in order.
Answering support requests and improving service quality.
Legal grounds
Data is processed on the grounds of the formation and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest, and the explicit consent of the data subject. Processing that requires explicit consent is covered by a separate document.
Transfers
To the extent the service requires, data may be transferred to the platforms within the ecosystem, the payment infrastructure, hosting and e-invoice integrator service providers, and to authorised public authorities. In information passed to suppliers, buyer identity is kept confidential throughout pool processes.
Retention period
Data is kept for the periods prescribed by the relevant legislation and for as long as the purpose of processing requires; once that period ends it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction or deletion, to know the third parties it has been transferred to, and to claim compensation for damage.

What we collect
When you connect your account we process your platform user information, and while you use the app your request, order and payment records. Hubcux does not create a separate membership; authentication happens on the platform you connect from, and your password is not stored by Hubcux.
Data security
Data is hosted in an EU data centre and backed up daily.
Every action is written to an audit log; records are kept immutable.
Quote confidentiality is fundamental: rival prices are not revealed to anyone before a pool closes.
Access rights are limited by role.
Third parties
We work with service providers for hosting, payments, e-invoicing and communications. Contracts are signed with these providers in their capacity as data processors, and data is shared only to the extent the service requires. Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes
Changes to this policy are published on this page; for material changes, registered users are also notified.

Cookies are small files saved to your browser as you use the site. We use them in three groups.

You can withdraw your consent at any time and delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and session recording immediately. If essential cookies are blocked, core functions such as signing in may not work.

Terms of Use
By using the Hubcux app you are deemed to accept the terms below.
Definition of the service
Hubcux is the interface to the platforms of the PROCUX ecosystem. It does not create a membership of its own and is not a party to the sales contract between the parties; it provides an intermediary platform service where requests, quotes, orders and payments are handled.
Accounts and verification
Access to the app is provided through a verified company account on satinalmamerkezi or merkezisatinalma. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account details and for the transactions made through your account.
Requests and commitment
Sending a request is not a purchase commitment. A price notification is sent for an item that enters a pool; if you do not approve it, or do not decide within the approval window, the request lapses, no charge accrues and other companies in the pool are unaffected. An approval decision can be undone within five minutes.
Payment
Payments are collected through the PayCux infrastructure. The amount is held until delivery is confirmed; once delivery is confirmed it is released to the supplier. No transfer is made while delivery remains unconfirmed or a dispute record is open.
Obligations
False, misleading or third-party information may not be entered into the platform.
Suppliers are obliged to keep catalogue, stock and price information up to date.
Any use that disrupts the operation of the system, scrapes data automatically or threatens its security is prohibited.
Intellectual property
The app, brand, software and content belong to PROCUX TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş.; they may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Responsibility for the quality, quantity and delivery of goods lies with the supplier; responsibility for payment lies with the buyer. The platform provides the records and documents in disputes between the parties and cannot be held liable for their performance.
Effect and amendment
These terms take effect on the date they are published. Changes are announced on this page; continued use means acceptance of the current terms.
The courts and enforcement offices of Balıkesir have jurisdiction in disputes.
