Hubcux doesn't open a separate membership. You sign in with your company account on satinalmamerkezi or merkezisatinalma. If you don't have one, you need to register on the relevant platform first.

You can, and for most businesses that's the sensible option. You cover routine supply through the cooperative and spot needs through the pool; Hubcux brings both into one app.

No. The app is part of the platform your account sits on. Pricing follows that platform's terms entirely.

A structure that combines the buying volume of businesses too small to negotiate alone. The cooperative signs framework contracts with wholesalers on behalf of all members and passes the resulting price through. It is the GPO model corporate procurement has used for years, adapted for small businesses.

Coffee · tea · sugar, paper supplies, cleaning chemicals and pastry supplies. If you need a category that isn't listed you can tell us; a framework contract opens once enough demand accumulates.

Yes. There is no exclusivity. Every category has at least two approved suppliers, and you can buy through any other channel you like.

Membership runs monthly, with no commitment and no notice period. You can stop whenever you like.

You write what you need in an ordinary sentence. It merges with requests from companies asking for the same product that day. Pools close at 17:00 every evening, and quote requests go to approved suppliers at 17:15.

No. Sending a request is not a purchase commitment. The pooled price comes for approval within 24 hours; if you don't approve it or don't decide in time, your request lapses, nothing is charged, and the other companies in the pool are unaffected.

You can undo your approval within five minutes of giving it.

No. The supplier sees the pool's total volume, never which company asked for what. Rival prices are not revealed to anyone before closing either.

In the cooperative the negotiation happened once at the start of the period, so the member price appears without waiting. In the pool the price forms afresh each time, which is why there is a closing time and an approval window.

Not immediately. The amount is held in a PayCux account and released to the supplier once you confirm delivery.

As long as you don't confirm delivery, the hold isn't lifted. When an objection is recorded the transfer is stopped and the funds stay locked until the parties reach a resolution.

PayCux wallet balance, bank transfer/EFT and credit card. The payment infrastructure is PROCUX's own.

e-Invoices and e-archive records are issued through the Invoice Centre, downloaded and exported to your accounting software. In pool orders each company gets its own separate invoice.

You apply through the relevant platform. Your catalogue goes live once the tax certificate, trade registry and reference checks are complete.

You can bulk upload via CSV, XML or XLSX. Category mapping is automatic, and you keep stock and price updates flowing the same way.

Not on price alone. On-time delivery, quote speed and cancellation rate are measured and turned into a multi-criteria score. The higher your score, the more quote requests land in your categories.

Yes. Partial quotes, alternative product suggestions and saved drafts are supported. A competitiveness band tells you where your quote stands.
